1. About Nexvo
Nexvo is an independent Android TV media hub. The app is designed to help users organize and launch their own media sources, IPTV sources, streaming apps and local integrations from one interface.
2. No content is provided by Nexvo
Nexvo does not provide, host, store, sell, distribute or promote media content, TV channels, playlists, streams or subscriptions. Any IPTV, Xtream, M3U, NAS or other media source added to the app is added by the user.
3. Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the sources and content you add to Nexvo. By using Nexvo, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses or permissions to access and use any content, playlist, source or service you add.
4. Third party apps and services
Nexvo may allow users to add launch shortcuts to third party apps or services that are already installed on the same device. Nexvo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for those third party services unless explicitly stated.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Nexvo to access, distribute, promote or organize content in a way that violates applicable laws, copyright rules, service terms or the rights of others.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
If Nexvo offers paid features, trials, subscriptions or lifetime purchases, the price, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Store platform rules may also apply.
7. Availability and changes
Nexvo is provided as is and may change over time. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops, especially during beta testing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexvo is not liable for damages arising from user supplied sources, third party services, unavailable content, device compatibility issues or misuse of the app.
9. Copyright notices
If you believe content accessed through Nexvo infringes your rights, contact us with a description of the claimed infringement, where it appears and your contact information. Nexvo will review notices in good faith.
