Privacy information
Beta draft · These terms and privacy details are being prepared for the public release. The information below is not yet a final commercial policy.
1. Overview
Nexvo is designed to let users control their own media sources and preferences. This policy explains what data may be processed when you use the website or app.
2. Data you provide
If you contact us, join the beta or request support, we may process information such as your name, email address, device type and your message.
3. Local app data
Nexvo may store settings locally on your device, such as selected language, theme, app shortcuts, media sources, favorites or playback preferences. User added sources such as Xtream, M3U or NAS details should be treated as sensitive by the user.
4. Content and playlists
Nexvo does not provide content. If you add playlists, media sources or app shortcuts, those are controlled by you. Do not add sources you are not authorized to use.
5. Third party services
If you open or use third party apps or services through Nexvo, those services may process data under their own privacy policies. Nexvo is not responsible for third party privacy practices.
6. Website contact and beta requests
The beta form prepares an email to info@nexvo.tv on your device. It does not send your request automatically. You choose whether to send it using your email app. This website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Your hosting and email providers may process technical or message data; the final policy must describe those arrangements.
7. Analytics and crash reporting
If analytics, crash reporting or app store diagnostics are added, this policy should be updated to describe which tools are used and what data they process.
8. Data deletion
You may request deletion of beta signup or support contact data by contacting us. Local device data can usually be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
9. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to info@nexvo.tv.
